Description

This training is designed for employees who are or would be involved in the project or program (planning, development, implementation, monitoring, evaluation, and learning). Typical participants include those from non-governmental organizations, private sector, developmental institutions, and international organizations, especially: project officers, managers, project analysts and specialists, project supervisors/coordinators, and development administrators.

The project officers/managers/team leader/coordinator always try to achieve project goals and objectives within the timeframe and budget considering context, compliance, and accountability. This two-day training will help the above personnel better understand the project/program planning and management.
