Training and Development, we strive to provide the highest quality training programs. We understand that there may be circumstances where you need to cancel your registration. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunding the training registration fee.

  • Eligibility for Refunds
  1. Cancellation by User: To be eligible for a refund, you must submit a written request for cancellation within 3 days of your registration date. The request can be sent via email to mnizam@traininganddevelopment.xyz.
  2. Cancellation by Training and Development : If Training and Development cancels a training program, you will be eligible for a full refund of the registration fee.
  • Refund Process
  1. Request Submission: Submit your refund request in writing to [contact information]. Please include your full name, registration details, and the reason for cancellation.
  2. Processing Time: Refund requests will be processed within 5 business days from the date of receipt. You will be notified via email once your request has been processed.
  3. Payment Method: Refunds will be issued using the original payment method. If the original payment method is unavailable, an alternative method may be used as agreed upon with you.
  • Non-Refundable Fees
  1. Administrative Fees: A non-refundable administrative fee of 2% may be deducted from the refund amount to cover processing costs.
  2. Materials Fee: If any training materials were shipped or accessed online before the cancellation, the cost of these materials may be deducted from the refund amount.
  • No Refunds for Certain Circumstances
  1. Late Cancellation: Refund requests submitted after the 4 days period will not be eligible for a refund.
  2. Partial Attendance: No refunds will be issued for partial attendance or for leaving a training program once it has started.
  3. Special Promotions: Fees paid for training programs under special promotions or discounts are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms.
  • Transfer of Registration

Substitute Participants: If you are unable to attend a training program, you may transfer your registration to another individual by notifying us at least 3 days before the program start date. Please provide the new participant’s details in your notification.

  • Exceptional Circumstances

Medical Emergencies: In cases of medical emergencies or other exceptional circumstances, please contact us. Refunds or credits may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
